Not a goodwill gesture, not "at our discretion", and not only in the first ninety days. If film we fitted lifts, bubbles or lets go while you own the car, bring it back and we take the panel off and refit it at no charge. A week later or three years later.

Two warranties, and you get both.
Most shops pass on the manufacturer's film warranty and stop there. That covers the material going wrong. It does not cover the far more common problem, which is film going on badly. We cover the fitting too, and the fitting is the part that is ours.

No labour charge on any of it. No receipt hunting. The job is filed against your registration, with the film batch, the date and the photographs we took at drop-off.
What is not covered.
A guarantee that claims to cover everything is a guarantee somebody is planning to argue about. Here is the honest edge of ours.

If it is borderline, we look at it and give you the benefit of the doubt. That is not a slogan. It is why the refused-claim count is still zero.

The line is a month. Before that it is adhesive doing what adhesive does. After that it is a fault, and it is ours.
What happens if something goes wrong.
There is no form and no claims department. There is a phone number and a bay.

Step one
Send us a photo
Text or email one picture of the panel and your registration. Most of the time we can tell you straight away whether it needs to come in or whether it will settle on its own.

Step two
Bring it in when it suits you
Single panels are usually same-day. Anything bigger gets the courtesy car again, on the same terms. Free.

Step three
We take it off and do it again
Not patched, not heated back down and sent out. The panel is stripped, cleaned back, and refitted with new film. You do not pay for the film or the labour.
Selling the car
The fitting warranty transfers once, to the next owner, at no cost. Tell us the new owner's name and we will move the job over. It is a useful thing to hand over with the keys, and it makes the car easier to sell.
If we are the reason it needs paint
If film we fitted damages your paint on removal, which happens on cars with previous respray work far more often than on factory paint. We pay for the panel to be put right at a body shop of your choosing. We photograph every panel at drop-off precisely so that conversation is short.
