Who actually does the design?
A designer who works in this shop. They can walk out to the bay and look at the actual van, and the fitter can tell them a panel line is going to fall in a bad place before it prints. Send the same job to an agency and it comes back as a file nobody here can change quickly.
What if I do not like the first design?
That is why you get a few to look at rather than one. Pick whichever is closest and tell us what to change, and we will keep going until it is right. We do not count revisions and nothing prints until you have signed it off.
Can you match my exact brand colour?
Very close, and closer again if you have a Pantone or CMYK reference. A screen and a printed film are different materials and never sit at quite the same point, so on anything where the colour really matters we print a sample and let you hold it against your existing signage first.
Do I own the design afterwards?
Yes, including any logo our designer has redrawn for you. We keep a copy so the next van matches, but they are your files — ask and we will send them over.
Will it damage the paint or affect my lease?
Not on sound factory paint. It comes off with heat and leaves the panel as it was, which is exactly why leasing companies are fine with wrapping and not with a respray. Book the removal a few weeks before your return date rather than the week of.
Can you invoice the company, and take a PO?
Yes to both. Give us the PO number when you book and it goes on the invoice. Several vans booked together come back as one invoice, or split per vehicle or per cost centre if that is easier for your bookkeeping.
How long is each van off the road?
Lettering is under a day. A half wrap is one to two. A full wrap is two to four depending on roof height. We only take two vehicles at a time so you are not short of vans, and you get a collection time at drop-off rather than a phone call at five.
Is there a charge for the design work?
No. The design is part of the price of the wrap — the options, the changes, all of it. Put the same artwork on a second van later and there is nothing more to pay for the design either.
